OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Little Learners, we believe every child’s voice deserves to be heard and celebrated. Our philosophy blends the renowned Reggio Emilia approach with a strong focus on both indoor and outdoor experiences. Through unstructured play and daily adventures in nature, children are encouraged to explore, discover and learn - guided not just by our Educators, but by the environment itself, which we see as a powerful ‘third teacher’ in their journey.

Fundamental Principles
There is a strong focus on social collaboration, working in groups, where each child is an equal participant, having their thoughts and questions valued. The adult is not the giver of knowledge. Children search out the knowledge through their own investigations.
